CNC Router Cutting Services
CNC is the commonly used acronym for Computer Numerical Control Router, a computer driven cutting machine.
The CNC router can be used for drilling holes, crowning edges, and carving. But it is primarily used to cut accurate, unique and crisp shapes out of nearly any material.
The router is driven my Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) or Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software. WE can work with most vector based file formats. DXF, Dwg, CDR, AI, EPS, pdf & SVG are the most common but we can work with many others.
Our CNC Routers create perfect cuts out of materials that are otherwise extremely difficult to shape or hand carve with absolute precision.

We offer a full-CNC facility including building and finishing.
Materials
LUSH Production Services stocks a broad range of millable sheet materials in sizes up to 4′ x 8′ — and in some cases can go larger. Typical thicknesses include 1/4″, 1/2″, and 3/4″ but can include other sizes as your project dictates.
Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF) Ideal for building sturdy forms for use in most interior environments.
Plywood Recommended for high-performance interior and exterior fabrication in a wide-range of environments.
Acrylics Popular for a wide-range of aesthetics, including clear, opaque, dichroic and iridescent colors.
Foam Lightweight building material which can be used for complex and creative forms.
Hardwoods Beautiful high-end permanent furnishings and architectural interior fabrications.

- 1:1 drawings
- 2D drawings
- Make sure there are no overlapping lines
- Keep splines to a minimum
- Eliminate fills
- Use polylines
